Experienced pathetic service by New York Pizza. Ordered a King Kong at 8:20 pm, was told that it will be delivered in max 1 hour. After repetitively calling and being asked to wait for 5 minutes every time it was delivered at 10:50 pm (after 2.5 hours), with no compensation. Even after the inconvenience Pizza was undercooked as well as cold. NYP seriously lacks professionalism. 14th Street is way better in terms of both taste and service.
