Extremely impressed with the audacity and tenacity of Sachin & Binny Bansal with the most recent round of fund raising (US$ 1 Billion as per media reports). This raises the bar for all other major players including Amazon, Snapdeal, eBay, and for Reliance, Tata Group, Aditya Birla Group and others who may be planning an entry in the e-commerce space. Kudos to these young Indian entrepreneurs, and to many others in the same space who are apparently going from strength to strength. Traditional Indian business groups may find a thing or two to learn from these new kids on the block
