Young track and field athletes across Canada who aren’t nationally carded (funded), are feeling the pinch of too little cash, coupled with heavy training costs. Now, Rolph, along with Western track and field athletes Jen Cotten and Caroline Ehrhardt, will be first to get help from an adopt-an-athlete program just backed by Athletics Ontario.
