FAREWELL SPEECH TO THE PEOPLE OF THE NORTHERN REGION Thanks to God for how far He has brought me. Let me express my profound gratitude to the good people of the Northern Region for the support given me in my Seven years of radio service which comes to an end on Friday 31st January, 2014. From 2002 and 2006, Management of GBC/Radio Savannah Tamale gave me the opportunity during my national service and three years contract. From January 7th 2011 to March 31st 2013, Management of North Star Radio also gave me an opportunity to serve. Whiles from 4th April 2013 to 31st January 2014, Bishara Radio gave me an opportunity to serve. As to whether I distinguished myself or otherwise, I believe managers or owners of those media house and God are my witnesses. I wish to use this opportunity to say thank you to management of these media houses and to say Am grateful. Working with them has now equipped me enormously to face the task ahead of me. To all my colleague media personalities in the Northern Region my little advice is that, Humility and the Fear of God in EVERYTHING WE DO, will send US to places. Just give you a little gist, my new Opportunity in Kumasi the Ashanti Regional Capital came through a recommendation by an individual member of RADIO IN TAMALE. PEOPLE ARE REALY WATCHING and lets note that SOCIAL MEDIA has now become part of our CV’s. GOD BLESS US ALL.
