FB Fam, Id like to walk with you through a prayer - real time - that I am having with God right now as it relates to this new home he blessed me and my family with... So if you will indulge me for a moment... Lord, I dedicate this home back to you. I thank You for blessing me with patience through this four year ordeal to learn how you operate in the lives of your people. I could have made many decisions that could have landed me in a worse situation than I could have foreseen. Based on your grace and only your grace you saw fit to show me another way. It is purely and only through your grace (your undeserved favor operating in my life) that I find myself at this day. I take no credit for this great blessing but give you all the credit for fighting for me in places that I had no control over or influence in. I thank you for my friends (Cynthia and Jaudon Mixon) that thought highly enough of Disa and I to refer me to their friend that fought in our behalf to see to it that we would have a successful outcome to our home loan app process. The story is a deep one of how you moved heaven and earth to make this a reality for my family. I am truly a living testimony of how you work today in this world. There are many negative stories every day on TV that could put doubt in the minds of those seeking answers in their own lives, but I am a living example of the fact that He is real. He is listening, and That He is in the business of answering prayers. If I am totally honest with you all, it was the numerous and unnamable prayer warriors praying for me and my family that we would have have live and have it more abundantly. Nothing I can take credit for myself. This home is a symbol of how God works. How He is such a strategic thinker...always planning the next move for us all. The timing is impeccable. The circumstances - irrefutable. To come to the single conclusion that greater forces were operating in our behalf who were determined to see this day come to pass. I am just happy to have opened myself up to hear His voice speaking to me - beyond my own pride and my own internal voice, to hear and act on what He laid on my heart to do. It comes down to that age old question... Single decisions we make in life determine the outcome of our future. We all need an advocate operating on our behalf to help us see beyond seeing and to think beyond thinking to bring us all to a greater place of peace than we could have found on our own and of our own devices.
