[FEAR AND FULFILLMENT] A funny little paradigm; The things Im capable of, the actual acknowledging of my vast potential inspires me all the time; to see that there is such an infinite number of possible outcomes for the results I can create in my experience, Id like to say, is the driving force behind my motivation to live fully. But truthfully, With all that inspiration and wonderment, as is part of my brilliantly dualistic human nature, my potential scares the living shit out of me. Its an almost overwhelming decision to accept full responsibility for the content of your life, of every interpretation and outcome, for the expansion of your consciousness, growth of your being, enriching of your perspective. Theres a fear of pain from the illusion of failure (which Ive come to find is a servant of developing deeper understanding), an egotistical aversion of experience to disperse blame and guilt, ultimately disempowering you and making you feel guilty for not taking the responsibility you know you own. This fear exists as your contrast of coming into true self.. its very real, and a very important guide to integrate into your understanding. Your many states have many roles, all guiding you in a particular direction. I acknowledge my fears now, and allow them to show me my weakness, my insecurity, my focal points for continual growth and improvement in an authentic self expression. Im happily scared shitless, because it emphasizes the depth of my passion and acknowledgement of the absolute enormity of my potential by contrast. An analogy I love for this is the darker energies within you that could hold you back being the strong root system required as the support for the full expansive blossoming of the self as a tall tree reaching towards the sky, ready to bear fruit with its stability grounded in the earth. Youre yin and yang, baby, dark and light; the energies within you can feel polarized, but to acknowledge they are all within you, and that they are fundamental to your creative being makes it feel less like youre at the mercy of some restrictive force from outside of yourself. You cant have one without the other; your weaknesses are your foundation for your strengths. You can balance, transmute, and direct your polar energies, which your conscious decisions dictate, to fulfill and develop any experience of your infinite potential you want to incarnate. Ahhh...
