FEAR OR FAITH? There is no fear in love.But perfect love drives out fear because fear has to do with punishment.The one who fears is not made perfect in love.(1 John 4:18). Someone described fear to me as false evidence appearing real. Since then, it became clear to me that fear is simply a mirage: an illusion of tragedy created by the devil to scuttle the faith of believers.The devil knows that we please God by faith so he induces fear into our hearts, causing us to doubt and miss the blessings that accrue through faith in God. In fact, the weapon of fear was so potent that it was used by the devil to affect even a biblical patriarch such as Job.(Job 3:25).Both fear and faith are consequences of what you believe.lf you believe the devils verdict that you will fail then fear is created.But if you believe that Gods promises are true then you have faith.However, the devil has successfully convinced people that fear is a logical prediction of events, while faith is unrealistic optimism.Which do you choose to believe today? Jesus instructed His followers to avoid worrying about their lives, about what to eat/drink or about what to wear.(Mattew 6:25).These words of Jesus assure as that God has the best intentions for those who believe in Him.You can do something about your fears today.Most Christians pray to God and continue to worry about the very thing they prayed about.With this such prayers cannot yield results. You must stop worrying and start believing and confessing Gods Word. God bless you and keep you. God did not disappoint the disciples in the Bible, and He will not start with you in Jesus name.
