FEEDING THE POOR The RPCA will be supporting Feed the Bus, a new program in which the Fairfax County government, local grocery stores, and nonprofits are collaborating with MV Transportation, Inc. to collect food donations to assist the most vulnerable in our community. It runs from January 17 to February 16. A Fastran bus will be collecting food donations to restock food pantries. So we can support this effort as a neighborhood, the RPCA Board is offering Ravenwood Park residents an option in addition to dropping off donations individually. Anyone who would like to can bring food donations to 6239 Diamond Drive through FRIDAY, JANUARY 30 for a collective Ravenwood Park donation. The nearest locations nearest to Ravenwood Park where the bus will be will be at the Falls Church Giant at 1230 W. Broad St. on Saturday, Jan. 31 from 9:30-4:30, and at the Annandale Giant at 7137 Columbia Pike on Saturday, Feb. 14.
