FELLOW AFRICANS, WELCOME HOME!! BY IBRAHIM H. ALKALI All the Africans in diaspora and people with the slightest/minutest possible trace of African blood/descent in them, are ALWAYS welcome back home, to their MOTHER AFRICA. Generally, in any of the current 54 African nations that they may wish to visit, settle, locate/relocate to. Especially any of our West African countries, and most especially, my country, Nigeria, Africas most populous country (with about 200 million people or thereabout, plus or minus some millions) and also among the ten top most populated countries in the world. We in Nigeria also have a fairly large country in size, with 90%-99% fertile land, and a great deal of human and natural resources --- not only the so-called OIL! Nigerians are also among the most hospitable, cordial, and lively people in the whole wide world, notwithstanding the negligibly isolated Nigerian fraudsters (who in reality, currently constitute only between 0.01% - 0.1% of the current total under-estimated Nigerian population of 165 million or thereabout) yet Nigerians continue to be unfairly and unjustifiably seen negatively as fraudsters, corrupt, etc, as if fraud, corruption, and their commission are exclusive to Nigeria/Nigerians only in this world! More and more countries are now unjustifiably and unfairly, even denying Nigerians as a whole, entry visas --- even for as little as a few days --- to their respective countries. Moreover, as is well known as a historical fact, many Black Americans, and Black Brazilians/Latin Americans; as well as also many Black Europeans, are actually of Nigerian descent, whether or not they believe or would like to believe it, and accept this incontestable historical fact! Nigeria also has up to 2000 kilometers length, breadth, and by the dual diagonal lengths, from the Northernmost to the Southernmost points of the country in each case! Moreover, let me add that Nigeria also has between 1,500 to 2,000 kilometers of the Atlantic Coast, stretching from the South Eastern-most to the South Western-most parts of the country. Yet again, two major rivers, Niger and Benue, criss-cross the whole country, from the greater Niger Rivers main base at the Niger Delta Region, and off-shooting into two branches of the Nigerian tree, to the South-Westerly-most North-Western part, and South-Easterly-most North Eastern part of Nigeria, respectively. This, in itself, makes Nigeria to be a unique country, at least in terms of its physical features! Hence there is hardly any country in the world, if any at all, quite like Nigeria! Cheers, my brothers/sisters of common ancestry!!! YOU ARE ALL ALWAYS WELCOME TO, OR BACK TO YOUR MOTHERLAND FOR GOOD!!!!
