Financial department structuring, staff selection and recruitment plan . Contribution to and supervision of the Finance department training program . Assure efficient Procurement . Implementation of the ERP (accountancy, treasury, investment stocks management) . Financial department procedures definition, alignment with Impala organization and local/national . Annual budgeting and treasury plan . Implementation of investment plan . Assessment of assets portfolio and depreciation management . Set up of insurance scheme (third party liability . operations, global damage . fixed assets) . Tax procedures and optimization scheme including relationship with tax administration . Procurement structuring Knowledge, Skills and Abilities . Willing to work based in Angola . Have a minimal of 7 years relevant experience in the dry bulk terminal industry . Have a relevant university degree (business administration, economics, Finance, Management) . Has worked extensively with relevant companies . Fluent in Portuguese and in English . Able to plan and organize schedules and work under pressure . Drive operational excellence . Take responsibility, and act as a professional role model . Microsoft office skills Key Relationships .
