FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER Our client manufactures processing equipment to customers in the meat, pet food, fish and oil, environmental protection and biofuel industrial world-wide. We combine know-how, technology and products from several former brands: Tremesa S.A., Atlas-Stord Denmark A/S, Stord-Bartz, and Svaertek brands that have been recognized world-wide for reliability and high quality. (Selangor - Kota Kemuning) Responsibilities: Coordinate closely on Projects & Manufacturing team on equipment deliver to site and overcome technical issue during installation Progress meetings with the customer Hand on skills on welding, site fabrication and machinery installation Hand on skills on heavy duty machine repair and trouble shooting, service and maintenance Skill on machine assembly and dismantling, replacement gearbox, bearing and other rotating equipment Hands-on supervision of erection and commissioning sequences, targeting on-time execution within budget. Hands-on supervision of site crews (subcontractors). Equipment calibration and process plant fine tuning. Timely complete service reports with good liaison with other offices, project management and sales. Trouble shooting and production maintenance solution to client Training of plant operators Requirements: Possess Diploma/ Degree in Engineering/ Electrical/ Mechanical or equivalent. Preferable good command in English and Mandarin Must familiar in Scada, WinCC or PLC ( siemens7 or AllenBradley added advantage) Familiar with process flow with integrated pumps and control systems. Possess at least 2 years’ experience with the installation and commissioning of large mechanical equipment Frequent traveling and overseas stays, varying from a couple of days to several weeks or months Preferably Chinese Male (able to speak and write Mandarin is preferable due to the market we are in is mostly China)
