Een afore I was a person of poofness. Vulnerable, volcanic, uncontrolled, uncompromising. Bless her; bless her to infinity. (Re-)discovered her at age 12 and never looked back. As a twofer, another FIIF moment is, I recall playing this as part of a video doco at our Cambridge MA apartment before a Stone Soup reading when the crowd gathered for before-pomes-dinner at our place. And poor blessed Juliet Kepes Stone started weeping - as a vet of the 60s,70s, beyond - at the waste and (self-)destruction that took Janis and so many others - and those in the room she (bless her, I say again) feared were at risk. A sane person among poets takes guts. Julie had guts beyond guts. OK, this was threefer FIIF - a prime Feck It, Im Fifty memory is Julie and her fantasticness too.
