She is a 1980 VW T25, 2LT air cooled petrol (ex ginsters van) Daisies good points are House-trained, very friendly, good with children and animals Knows her own way to most of the festivals in the uk Runs well, she has 12 months MOT She has had a new petrol tank & sender unit 2 new brake hoses New wheel bearings New rocker cover gaskets Captains swivel chair (passenger side) Empi twin exhaust Ford granada alloys Rock & roll bed All lights/indicators/horn etc working as should be Bad points (hence the price) Hand painted Rear tailgate opens from inside only, sliding door bottom rollers need replacing (opens and closes, but there is a knack to it) Speedo and fuel gauge temperamental. Starter motor has needed the wires wiggled a couple of times over the last year The pop top decided to part company with the van one stormy night and has been replaced with ply and fiberglass, apparently not a huge job to put another pop top on, but no leaks so has been left as is (and sounds amazing when it rains) This is my sons bus and as a new driver it was cheaper to insure than most cars! only selling due to having to have a car for work and cant afford to run 2 vehicles (3 including his bike) Now needing to also buy a caravan, so may consider a part ex deal if you have a characterful caravan looking for a new home nr Torpoint
