FINAL: #Thunder 109 - #Celtics 94 Celtics completely collapse in the 2nd half, they were outscored 67-43. Celtics as a team shot 44% from the floor, 27% from 3-pt range, & 84% from the FT-Line. The Celtics were dominated in points in the paint, Thunder were getting whatever they wanted as they outscored Boston 50-30. Thunder also won the rebounding battle 41-35 ... (out rebounded 25-13 in the second half). The Celtics offense seemed to struggle quite a bit with the zone defense the Thunder were playing, especially in the second half where guys were just clamping down on shooters, the Cs settled for a bunch of outside shots and couldnt get into the paint a whole lot, not a formula for success. On the defensive side of things, Celtics had a lot of breakdowns leaving guys like Anthony Morrow (28 points) open on shots. Also didnt do the best job of keeping guys out of the paint (as I said before) Reggie Jackson took it in the paint a lot and if he didnt score a bucket he found his way to the free throw line. The bench also didnt contribute much tonight scoring wise, Turner, Bass, Zeller and Young combined for 15 points. The one bright spot was Rajon Rondo nearly getting his 2nd triple-double of the season, he finished one rebound shy of it. Olynyk and Sully also registered good games. STATS-- Rondo: 20 points, 12 assists, 9 rebounds, 2 steals Bradley: 17 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal, 1 rebound Sullinger: 14 points, 11 rebounds, 6 assists Olynyk: 14 points, 4 assists, 2 rebounds, 2 blocks, 1 steal Green: 14 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist Cs fall to 3-4 on the season, theyll be back in action on Friday to face the Lebron James-lead Cleveland Cavaliers. #GoCeltics -AB0
