FINDING BALANCE AFTER A LONG STRESSFUL DAY AT WORK! Holding a new class for Arup Jururunding, an engineering firm in Penang. The women there decided they want to do something after work to de-stress, lose weight and have some collegial fun on a weekly basis. So today we worked on an entire body workout from feet to the head, the ROOT TO THE CROWN CHAKRA, with a focus on MID-CHEST BREATHING to increase lung capacity. After long hours at a computer, with shoulders pulled forward, often from poor sitting position, we did quite a lot of work on heart expansions to feel more full and spacious. What a great group of women all ready to try out any asana! Go...go.. ARUP!!!
