FIRM LEADERS WITH GREAT VISION: Great leaders are leaders with great vision. Vision is something seen in the spiritual realm but not yet manifested in the physical realm. Vision is the end made known to great visionary leaders at the beginning of their mandate. How many times are we led by leaders who are running without knowing where they are taking us. Some leaders are taking us to the present or into the deep dark past. Vision is about where we are going in the future. So often we find ourselves knowing or unknowingly being led into the past visions due to leaders who are unable to adapt the changing environment & presume to hold on to what used to be. Are you perhaps captive under such type of leadership? We need to comprehend that any vision that can easily be achieved by you isnt a great vision from God. Vision is impossible to achieve & without faith (complete trust in God), it will be impossible to progress toward the great vision for your personal life, household, family, marriage, church, ministry & organization. In the midst of confusion, famine & demanding times you need leaders who are still sure of what they hope for in the vision while being rooted in certainty of what isnt seen in the physical realm. It is time for those leaders to arise & shine & be the change agents with solutions to complex situations of this age. The world is in dire need of such leaders because organizations are currently facing great challenges of leadership crisis which are evident at all levels of leadership. We need great visionary leaders who consciously partner with God to achieve the impossible task ahead. Self-centered leaders dont serve the interest of the stakeholders & so often they lead them astray. Nonetheless, we are calling for selfless servant leaders to arise & stand firm while leading diverse stakeholders to the common great vision of God. A time has come, that we cant just compromise for any type of leader but those who are able to stand firm with the great vision of God for their marriages, households, families, communities, churches, ministries, schools, workplaces, marketplaces & governments. Are you that leader after Gods heart who can stand firm in all seasons while leading his people of all sphere of disciple to the great vision of God?
