Then, please click on the link under Attachments (Supreme Court Memo - CPAN) for a list of the past 25 Court decisions concerning No Fault. The list provides you with a synopsis of the cases in which the Court voted in favor of the insurance companies (21) and the cases in which the Court voted in favor of the patients/providers (4). Each court decision synopsis also lists the judges who voted for each decision. Remember, its in our judicial system where Court decisions continue to decimate Michigans auto no-fault system.
