Its contracted min GDV is RM687.59 million and will comprise of 1 Block Office, 5 Blocks Service Apartments and SOHOs, 1 Block Hotel, 3 level Basement Parking with LRT Park & Ride facility and 2-4 level Retail Podium, Foodcourt and Car Park.
