FLAT FOR 3 @ GREAT LOCATION!!! Hi together, unfortunately the time is coming where we have to say goodbye to our A-M-A-ZING crib. Me and my two roommates spend 2,5 awesome years in here and we are now leaving for our semester abroad. We would like to pass on our flat two some cool new owners that. This flat has been the perfect place for us to live during our studys. Check it out: It is located in the very very center of Maastricht – Grote Gracht 26 (above the Tailor next to the pharmacy) - 5 seconds to Albert Heijn - 2 min to jumbo - 10 Seconds to Markt - 10 seconds to vrijthof - 5 min to innercity library - 5 min to SBE - 5 min to law faculty - I think you can’t live any more central Our flat has 3 floors: 1st: kitchen, living room AND a pretty cool terrace 2nd: 2 Bedrooms (one has its own toilet and a sink in a small side room (3 m²) 3rd floor: 1 Bedroom and the bathroom with bathtub and a small attic The rooms are all around 20m² and equal size 2 rooms are very bright with big windows, one has a little smaller one (but perfect to lie in bed and sleep in the sun when you are hangover or just want to chill the whole day ) The house is in a good condition. Not new, not old. But everything works fine. So perfect place for students I’d say. The landlords are very nice and if you talk to the neighbors they don’t mind you partying….and yep we did have some 60 people house parties till 4 in the morning!! MOST IMPORTANT question: costs? -- 433 + 7 (if you take over the internet contract) p.p = 1300 + 21 in total AVAILABLE from 21st of December (1st of January by contract) on wards. Each of you also has to pay one month rent as agency fee so 433 p.p again. And one month rent as a deposit which you will get back if you don’t burn the place down :D Furniture etc. are preferred to be taken over but this we can discuss closer when you come and visit. I know this might seem like a lot to pay at once but this place is worth it. I have moved in 2,5 years ago and never thought about leaving this place as it is just A-M-A_ZING.
