FODEP says It’ll Be Embarrassing for PF to Campaign Without New Constitution The Foundation for Democratic Process says it will be embarrassing for the Patriotic Front to campaign in 2016 if they do not give Zambians a people driven constitution. FODEP Executive Director MacDonald Chipenzi said that it will not help the PF to join the fight for a new constitution when they are out of power. Chipenzi said that the PF had a golden opportunity to give the Zambians a people driven constitution. He said that Zambians had made it clear that one of their highest priorities was to usher in a government that will deliver constitution.’ “The PF should do the right thing by giving Zambians a people driven constitution. They should know that it will be very embarrassing to join the fight for a people driven constitution,” he said. “The Zambian people have made it clear that they want a new constitution and they want it now.
