FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE August 08, 2014 HUNTERSVILLE, NC: Armed Robbery UPDATE On August 7, 2014 the Huntersville Police Department arrested James Richard Haney, Jr in connection with the Robbery of Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint on August 6, 2014. Mr. Haney was employed as a shift-leader at Uncle Maddio’s and was working at the time of the Robbery. Mr. Haney conspired with two other individuals to commit the Robbery of the business and its workers. James Richard Haney, Jr., W/M, Dob: 5/28/1985. Haney was arrested on the following Charges: 5 counts – Armed Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon 4 counts – 2nd Degree Kidnapping 1 count - Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery 1 count – Felony Conspiracy to Commit Kidnapping The Huntersville Police Department has obtained warrants on the following individuals for their involvement in the robbery: Cameron Lee Nash, B/M, Dob: 7/12/1987 5 counts – Armed Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon 4 counts – 2nd Degree Kidnapping 1 count - Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery 1 count – Felony Conspiracy to Commit Kidnapping Tommy Vanh Bountham, W/M, Dob: 11/02/1990 5 counts – Armed Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon 4 counts – 2nd Degree Kidnapping 1 count - Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery 1 count – Felony Conspiracy to Commit Kidnapping 1 count – Aid & Abet Robbery Anyone with information regarding this crime or with knowledge of the whereabouts of Cameron Nash or Tommy Bountham should call Huntersville Police Department at 704-464-5400 or 911.
