FOR RENT: My house in Rawai Phuket for 3-4 months starting in November. Three huge bedrooms each with en-suite, pool, very private estate in cul-de-sac with night security. Fully furnished, appliances etc. all beds have A/C. Twelve foot ceilings, timber lined the house is cool and quiet. Includes pool cleaning, gardener and rubbish collection. Agents tell me it would rent for 150,000 baht / month but I only want 65,000 (approx $2,200 AUD). Can arrange a maid service at 7,000 extra. If you know of someone who wants a great house in Phuket for three months please let me know.
