Cicero is flashy under saddle he a head turner that is for sure. Cicero has a temperament you are going to love and gaits that will make you smile. Now I am not going to say Cicero is a beginner safe horse, but he a great horse I have no problem putting a beginner rider on him and he will just follow like a puppy dog . If I had my way, I like him to go to at least an advanced beginner that has had good horse knowledge. Not because Cicero is hard to handle he a dream but because he is such a nice boy I want him handled and ridden right. Cicero is not hot does not dance or prance he content to just walk along on the trails. Believe me between the photos and videos you will know everything there is to know about Cicero. He has great gaits, leads and follows on the trails. This boy is big he a looker and he a very nice boy to handle and ride. Stands great to saddle and bridle stand great to get on him and will stand next to anything to get on him. Rides out alone just fine, no fight or fuss. Ties great easy to catch in the pasture should he not be hanging out at the gate and loads well in a trailer. I cannot say he spook less no horse is that just a fact. However, I can say he is not a spooky horse and his spook is safe in place as it should be. If you want a really nice horse come with a truck and trailer when you come to look because you will not be leaving this boy with us once you ridden him.
