FORGIVING SOMEONE IS NOT EASY Any time you put your trust in someone you are taking a chance with your feelings and your emotions. It is like how you have seen sometimes on tv where one person is in front and the other person is in back and the one in front has to lean back and trust that the person behind them will catch them. In the beginning the trust is there but when that trust is broken it also breaks the heart of the one who trusted. It is at this time that person has to make a decision of whether to forgive and move on or forgive and stay. It is never going to be easy to trust again but it can be done. It will take effort on both parties. The one who broke the trust has to show that they are sorry and then do nothing that will give indication that it will happen again. If this is done continually then trust will slowly but surely return. This all will take time.
