FOUND: Two dogs on Fatherland this morning. Neighbor says: Just before 8:00 this morning, I found a small white dog and a large black dog together in the 1300 block of Fatherland. They seemed either lost or had just gotten out - didnt seemed like seasoned outdoor dogs. They walked with their noses to the sidewalk as if they were trying to figure out which way to go. I opened my car door and they jumped right in. Both have collars, no tags, no microchip (per 5 Points Animal Hospital). Gentle, affectionate, very sweet dogs. I could not bring them inside because of my cats. My neighbors across the street from me on Russell were kind enough to let them stay in their basement (with heater) for now, but these guys need to get home ASAP. Theyre obviously indoor dogs and no doubt someone is missing them. They sure seemed like they wanted to go home. :( Poor babies. Please let me know if you think you may have seen these pups before, and/or if you have a place inside they could stay temporarily while I try to find their family.
