FOUNDATION ARE YOU THE TYPE OF PERSON WHO LIKES STRUCTURE WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE IN COMPLETE CONTROL Well at Crossfit Redditch we can give you the skills to do this in our “FOUNDATION” course FOUNDATION “The building blocks on which all GREAT STRUCTURES are made”. Have you ever wondered how a Sports person can be so Fit, Quick, Strong or keep going for so long. It was not by accident that they can do this, it is through structured training, combining different elements of Strength, Cardio Vascular and endurance work. For them to work at this they initially have to learn the BASIC`S (Foundations in CrossFit). At CrossFit Redditch this is what we do every month. We take people from all walks of life and start to give them the strength & Skills to be able to move more effectively. We can do this with people from all different backgrounds, as we know that people in Age, Gender and Kind do not differ in their requirements but in how they get the exercise the body requires. A typical class of 60 minutes will consist of the following 1: Pulse/Heart raiser (to increase blood flow around the body) 2: Dynamic Stretching/ Mobilising of the body’s muscles and joints 3: Strength/ Technique element of the class (working at your own level of ability) 4: WOD (Workout of the Day). A workout based around a Time, Repetitions or weight.
