These tasty tributes feature a Vanilla Cupcake that Ive dipped in a Coffee/Kahlua Syrup, filled and topped with Marscapone Buttercream, which is only ITALIAN CREAM CHEESE people, dont be scared ;) finished with Mini Chocolate Chips and a dusting of Cocoa :) Apple Butter Cheesecakes (These fall treats start with a Nilla Wafer crust, my Apple Butter Cheesecake, topped with Apple Spice Buttercream and a dusting of Apple Spice :) Chocolate Peanut Butter Heavenwiches (my Chewy Chocolate Chip and Reese Pieces Cookies filled with Peanut Butter Buttercream, dunked in Ghirardelli Chocolate and finished with Peanut Butter Morsels :)
