FOXY NEEDS A NEW FOSTER ASAP- LOS ANGELES ONLY! Here is one of those dogs we all too frequently encounter at the shelter- untrusting of humans, scared, very likely physically abused and neglected. Foxy bonds to his foster quickly and fully opens up, however with strangers, you can see hes been treated none too kindly. Unfortunately, the foster works really long hours and hes stressed out, which means he is barking so the foster is asking us to find him a new foster TODAY.
