FQ: Im 30 weeks pregnant with gestational diabetes. My levels seem to only be low in the morn(fasting) then high after breakfast. During the day after lunch and dinner Im fine. I was put on a pill to take before bed. I was told my baby is big for 30 weeks he is 3 lbs 8 oz and I was told my fluid level is high. Has anyone else went through this that could let me know whats going on and if my baby is going to be OK. Im scheduled for a sono Friday to look at the level of my fluids. ~4
