FQ: Im currently 24 weeks pregnant and going through this pregnancy alone. Im a first time mom and I never thought Id be a single parent but I knew it was possible because the babys father and I werent getting better in our relationship only worse. I have anxiety and it completely is ruining this pregnancy. I constantly have fears of my baby being still born or me giving birth and hes not breathing. I had a threatened miscarriage diagnosis when I was 7 weeks and I was never the same after that and my anxiety got worse. I thought it would be over by now. But no. On top of that my babys father has a new girlfriend after us only being broken up for a month and half and hes been more involved with her then caring anything about this pregnancy. I know hes hurt about the breakup since I left him. But yesterday I had a complete anxiety breakdown. It was horrible. My question is what do I do about this anxiety issue? I dont wanna go on meds. Thanks ladies. ~12
