FQ: So Im almost 37 weeks, tomorrow I go in for an ultrasound and apt to check baby as he has been measuring big, which wouldnt seem too unusual since my first born was almost 9 lbs. But I have moderate/borderline severe preeclampsia. Im just wondering first off if any mommies out there have had preeclampsia and had a big baby? I am especially concerned since Ive had a complete drop in appetite and what I do stomach usually gets thrown up, but my weight gain the past couple weeks is insane this last week I gained 9 pounds in 5 days!!! Any ideas of how to help manage my severe migraines and excessive vomiting? ~11
