FREE PHONES FREE PHONES Welcome to California Budget Mobile California Budget Mobile is a LifeLine supported program that provides FREE cell phone and FREE cell phone service each month for eligible customers. LifeLine is a government assistance program and potential subscribers must meet certain eligibility requirements. You may qualify based on household income level or if you participate in programs such as Food Stamps (SNAP), Medicaid, Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), National School Lunch Program (NSL), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and more. † The offering is a California LifeLine and federal LifeLine-supported service. Only eligible consumers may enroll in the program and proof of eligibility documentation is necessary for enrollment. The program is limited to one benefit per household, consisting of either wireline or wireless service. LifeLine is a government benefit program, and consumers who willfully make false statements in order to obtain the benefit can be punished by fine or imprisonment or can be barred from the program. Coverage limitations may affect wireless mobile phone service access to E-911 and/or 911 in the event of an emergency. Free phones may take up to 10 business days for delivery once order is received. Brand and style of phone will vary and are at the discretion of Budget Mobile LifeLine.
