Every Sunday 5pm is that yoga class you’ve been waiting for – practical, accessible, no nonsense, beginner-friendly AND absolutely free! In a supportive environment, learn the fundamentals for building your own asana and meditation practice. The goal, through participation and demonstration is to give you all the tools to incorporate the benefits of yoga into your daily life. Discussion and dialogue are encouraged, to make sure all students are on the same page. Optional reading assignments will also be provided. After each one-hour class, stay for an after-party potluck, with guest presenters, open mic, community discussion, and art.
