Arms should be bent in a 90 degree angle and follow a natural swing from your shoulder. Hands need to be relaxed and open. Keep your hips straight and in line with your shoulders. You should land on your feet lightly with quick steps. Always check yourself periodically to ensure that you are in proper form. Its also a good idea to see a massage therapist occasionally to work out any kinks and keep your muscles loose and ready for the long run.
