FRIDAY Isolated severe thunderstorms in east MI. TORCON - 3. A chance of an isolated severe thunderstorm farther to the south along and ahead of the front - but instability looks limited - in east OH, western PA, WV, west and central MD, west and central VA. TORCON - less than 2. A chance of an isolated severe thunderstorm in west and central NC, SC, east GA. TORCON - 1 On Saturday the cold front will be heading into New England, but right now the instability seems to low for much of a severe thunderstorm threat.
