(14 % ALLOWANCE ON PRE-MERGER BASIC OF 100 IS 14 WHEREAS 14% ALLOWANCE BECOMES 22.4 JUST BECAUSE OF MERGER OF 60 DA TO 100 BASIC AND 8.4 IS TREATED AS INCREASE IN GROSS SALARY WHEN ACTUALLY IS ONLY A NATURAL CONSEQUENCE OF DA MERGER AND DOESNOT AMOUNT TO ANY INCREASE AT ALL). HENCE IN THIS WAY 17.4 INCREASE WRONGLY SHOWN IS ONLY 9.AND A 10 PERCENT INCREASE IN GROSS IS ONLY 5.1 % INCREASE IN BASIC PAY PLUS DA. LATEST IBA OFFER OF 9.5 % IN GROSS/PAY SLIP COMPONENTS IS ACTUALLY AN OFFER OF 4.85 % INCREASE IN BASIC PAY PLUS DA. NOBODY CAN DISPUTE THESE TRANSPARENT AND SELF EVIDENT FACTS. 3. THE NEGOTIATIONS SHOULD BE ON THE PERCENTAGE INCREASE IN BASIC PLUS DA AND DA SHOULD BE PAID ON ALL ALLOWANCES TO AT LEAST RULE OUT SCOPE FOR SUCH CHEATING. 4. FRIEND FOR GOD SAKE DONT GET FOOLED BY THE SO CALLED MUCH HYPED OFFER ON INCREASE IN PAY SLIP COMPONENTS AND GRASP CLEARLY THE REALITY THAT ANY RATE OF INCREASE IN PAY SLIP COMPONENTS IS ONLY HALF RATE OF THAT OFFERED INCREASE ON BASIC PLUS DA .
