I am off to Rwanda in a week and am looking to have a kind, friendly, responsible, grownup-level-of-care person for my room. Its a very homely home so this really is a great opportunity for yo. _ Cost: $210 which includes all bills, internet, and housemates amazingness inclusive. Available: From next sunday! 30/11/14 - 11/1/15-ish. (Possible extension. See below) Fully Furnished: All my bits and pieces such as clothes and trinkets will go so you can have the full use of all of my hipster furniture. Plus I will leave my monitor on the desk with all the connection cables plus stationary!!!) Preference... ...to the lady gender but Im openminded to the right man... I will be fussy on the choice as my belongings and my housemates are hugely important to me. The housemates will be fully involved in the decision making process. Note on possible extension: The room will be available and ideally filled from the 30th of november - 11th January. This may extend by up to two weeks and I will give two weeks advanced notice on that incase the person wants to stay on. - If I am forced to come back early by any real world things (Ebola etc) I will not kick you out - I will stay elsewhere till the agreed end date.
