FROM THE GIBSON COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE - On Nov. 18, 2013, at 4:14 a.m., Gibson County Central Dispatch received an alarm call from the Right To Bear Arms Gun shop located at 265 East C.R. 925 S. Officers found that someone had forcefully gained access into the building. Officers cleared the gun store and were able to look at store surveillance video. It is believed that there were two males involved in this burglary attempt. Officers were able to determine that one male had made entry into the business and began to take items off the shelves when someone or something startled him, causing him to flee. The male who made entry into the business is described as white, about 5’8”-5’10”. This suspect was last seen wearing blue jeans, a light colored hoodie, and a head covering of some type. If anyone has any information on this burglary attempt or can identify either male they are asked to contact the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office 812-385-3496, Ext 1411.
