FUN local event in Solano County, CA. The Zombie Run is creeping up! The apocalypse is coming to Fairfield! Demon Dreamz Haunted House, the Fairfield Youth Commission, the U.S. Army, and the Fairfield Police Activities League (PAL) are teaming up to host the first Fairfield Zombie Run on August 30, 2014, to raise funds to create a college scholarship program for local teens. This zombie-infested obstacle course will feature several physical challenges, including a rock wall, for participants as they race against the clock to find the last outposts of humanity scattered throughout the course. The apocalypse will kick off at 10 a.m. at the Fairfield PAL Center, located at the Sullivan Interagency Youth Center, 2195 Union Ave, Fairfield CA. A new team will tackle the course every 15 to 20 minutes until 2 p.m. The first one hundred to register get a free, limited edition event t-shirt!
