FUNERAL POTATOES 1 32 oz. bag hash browns 2 cans cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom) 2 cups sour cream 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (I usually put in more and use a blend) 1/2 c melted butter 1/3 cup chopped onion 2 cups crushed corn flakes 2 Tablespoons melted butter Combine hashbrowns, soup concentrate, sour cream, cheese, 1/2 cup butter, and onions. Combine 2 tablespoons butter with crushed corn flakes and sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
