FUTILE UTOPIAN SOLUTION No real utopia can ever be built without using genetic engineering to down modulate or remove HUMAN NASTY INSTINCTS; augment, in an egalitarian way, everyones physical and mental capabilities with great focus on creativity; and remove all genetic unmistakably obvious defects like those that cause diseases, handicaps and weaknesses. Trying to achieve it only through culture and environment always failed and WILL CONTINUE TO FAIL. As expected, people indoctrinated to think that culture alone can magically fix all things will continue to stubbornly and in vain propose purely cultural solutions. And, of course, there are those seriously cognitive-dissonant people, who are averse to modifying even a fraction of a 1% of their genes while, at the same time, they would happily replace their entire biological bodies by electronic-mechanical ones which would amount to changing 100% of their genes because then they would have no genes at all.
