FYI, I will not be attending the event at the Hard Rock honoring Neil Sedaka on Feb. 12th, not because I did not want to but because the person that is running the event did not invite me , he is the president of the Footlighters Club here in Florida. Which I have done many events for them happily. So contrary as to what you hear or have heard, my dear friend Connie Francis asked me to attend, and was disapointed when I told her why I was not going. After some coxing by some friends, the president asked me to come by way of the talent coordinater and I was told I could come but was not invited to perform. This is insult to my intelligence, for him to think he was doing me a favor by asking me to come, I said no thanks, and to Mr. Sedaka, congratulations and I hope your day is memorabie.
