Fabulous weather today for the XTERRA Aspen Valley triathlon. Swim course was sweet at Kodiak Ski Lake, and then a grueling, technical mountain bike ride with lots of obstacles, rocks, steep climbs and twisting descents. Luckily I only went over the handlebars twice, cause it could have easily been more! Run was more hills (just in case my legs werent tired enough from the ride. ;-) Best part was jumping in the lake afterwards!
