Facebook friends I have a few questions if you would be so kind to offer your input. All of your sage advice will be greatly appreciated . All hypothetical. 1. If you were going to buy an antique piece of furniture what all would you want to know about the piece. 2. At what price level would you be comfortable buying said piece ( antique chest of drawers say) at 100 years old mint condition with an assessors price of $3500 and feel you are getting a bargain. 3. If you were looking to find an employee to run your business completely separate from yourself, what qualities would be most important to you. 4. Is it worth it to purchase history and quality vs. Lower quality lower price. Im doing a small little market research for a friend out of pure curiosity so please answer honestly and please answer at least one question if you dont have the time to answer all.
