Facebook’s organic reach has decreased in all pages since Jan 2014. Poll option is already removed from all pages as it increases the organic reach. When reach declines, its impossible for fans to engage/see with Posts on a particular Facebook Page. Low engagement means less people see the posts (this again lowers the reach) and the page slowly crumbles. Facebook actually wants many pages to die slowly so that admins will use the page boost option($$), which will increase the revenue of Facebook... Engagement Is The Trump Card of all Pages. When members increase engagement(regular Comments, shares) on a particular Facebook Page, Facebook puts posts of that particular page out into the news feed more often, and the members who have Liked the page can see the updates clearly. If the members are not engaging with the page, then facebook slowly stops the updates out into the news feed... Facebook is looking to see if fans/members of a PAGE are either: 1) Commenting on the posts 2) Sharing the Posts If Facebook users are not doing one of these two actions, Facebook thinks your audience is not at all interested in pages content. If Facebook thinks fans are not interested in the posts of the page, then they won’t push posts out into the news feed and the page reach declines. Many dont see the posts but when they visit the page, they can see the posts...
