After watching the video I noticed I was touching chest more towards my clavicle than I should be. If I come a little lower towards my xyphoid process I can probably cut a half inch off my range of motion. This will tuck my elbows more and allow more tricep recruitment. The 340 attempt at 5 felt to wide and I felt a little pressure on my shoulders.
