Fan Question: My daughters babysit for a family who has a 15 month old daughter. I have noticed when they come home they stink really bad for cat urine. Up until last week they have always gotten a ride home from them. Last week I had to go and pick them up from there home. When I went to pick them up I went into the house to see the baby, I have not seen her for several months. When I walked into the house the smell of cat urine was so strong I could not be in their house for more than a couple minutes it smelled so bad. Would you consider this child neglect?
