FanQ: Please dont share my name. I need some advice. Im trying to get gull custody of my three little kiddies. He makes a six figure salary and after 7 years of being a stay at home mom im scared to death they will let him have custody based on his earnings. I started working as soon as I knew he was moving but cant afford to continue the house and other bills after he decides hes done supporting us. He wants split custody in hopes of not paying anything after our divorce. Hes never been an active parent just a provider financially. This breaks my heart to think of the kids 2, 4 and 6 going back and forth every other week. I truly have no problem with him being in there lives, but to do it just so you dont have to pay child support isnt right. Our relationship ended because we had no love for each other. No cheating or anything. He has a new girl friend now and that seems to be his focus. He often spends the night with her leaving his daughter (age 12) here that I care for as my own. Which he has made very clear I wont be seeing anymore once hes moved out and his new girlfriend will be watching her when hes at work or school. This makes me sick. Did I mention hes still living with us. Due to move this weekend?
