Farmer- Jai kisan & Jai Jawan..... A jawan is respected in many ways...many chakras...concessions...medical and other facilities --job quata etc and he deserves it.....We are happy about it...... But our Kisan What he is getting? any chakra for cultivating a large area of field? or any award for feeding thousands of people with his hard work? pension? one rank one pension? what is his rank?Is there any rank for farmers? nothing!!...If drought or flood affects him and takes loan..when money lenders steals his land..he commits suicide!...no one knows the mental agony he went through and without gun salutes or national flag his body cremated some where.....like this thousands of farmers are keeping this country actually moving and help our country grow ! He dies one day without receiving any respect...because of this approach by the government and public....the farms are becoming factories...fresh water ponds are converted into effluent tanks.. fresh air converted into polluted air...So a farmer not interested to see his son working in field like him...so he send him for higher education and no one interested in agriculture or cultivation...and see what will happen if food is not produced for 1.25 billion people? It will lead to import food from other counties and that will be the great disaster of this nation.... so respect farmers....encourage them..understand that they fed us during our whole life!.. ....
