Farmers Almanac predictions for the rest of this horrible winter season: February 2014 24th-28th. Cloudy, with some snow Great Lakes; wintry mix Ohio Valley. March 2014 1st-3rd. Increasing clouds, breezy. 4th-7th. Turning much colder, rain turning to snow. 8th-11th. Changeable skies. 12th-15th. Very cold, but dry. 16th-19th. Storm moves from Plains to Great Lakes bringing rain and snow. 20th-23rd. Variable cloudiness; storm moving north along East Coast chance of rain, wet snow eastern Kentucky, Ohio. 24th-27th. Milder temperatures. Rain, snow sweeps in from West by 27th. 28th-31st. Another storm sweeps east-northeast producing snow, showers and thunderstorms. April 2014 1st-3rd. Slow clearing. 4th-7th. Unseasonably cold. 8th-11th. Showers, thunderstorms. 12th-15th. Unseasonably warm temperatures; increasing rain, thunderstorm activity. 16th-19th. Big storm to the east could bring late-season heavy, wet snow eastern Michigan, northeast Ohio. 20th-23rd. Partly sunny. Turning milder. 24th-27th. A brief shower, then turning unseasonably cold, but dry. Their predictions have been pretty much spot on this year so if they keep going true our last snow should be around the end of March. Its a very depressing thought to think of another month of snow!
